If any parts of kits are missing or defective, these parts will be shipped to you free of charge. Just send us a message.

Faulty or defective parts that cannot be replaced will cause the entire kit to be refunded after returning all items in the condition received. Duplex Designs will pay for return shipping.

Products that are not faulty or defective cannot be returned.
